How much lead time do you need?

For a signature bouquet, 24 hours is ideal — and same-day is possible if you order before 11am. Weddings and quinceañeras need at least 4 weeks; the more notice we have, the more we can customize.

Where do you deliver?

Anywhere in Los Angeles County. Delivery is included for orders over $300; under that, it's a flat $20 fee. Pickup from our studio is always free, by appointment.

Can I order a custom color or topper?

Always. Tell us the color, the topper, the size — and we'll make it. We work with hot pink, blush, ivory, lavender, sunset peach, classic red, and pretty much anything else. Custom toppers (names, dates, "Marry Me," etc.) need 5–7 days lead time.

How do I pay?

We accept Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, and all major cards. A 50% deposit locks in your date; the balance is due at delivery.

Do you do weddings outside Los Angeles?

Sometimes — let's talk. For weddings in Orange County, Ventura, or Santa Barbara, we can usually make it work with a small travel fee. Destination weddings considered case by case.

Can I cancel or change an order?

Yes, up to 48 hours before your delivery date with a full refund of any balance owed. After that, deposits are non-refundable since the flowers are already ordered and the studio time is set aside.
